(9/25) Kindergarten students learned all about Johnny Appleseed at PES!

(9/25) In Ms. Stephanie's class, the students will rolled dice and wrote a number on each line. They drew greater than, less than, or equal to alligator in the circle.

(9/18) Preschool is experimenting with different textures to help with handwriting.

(9/18) Mrs. Tuckers’s 1st graders enjoyed practicing writing to 120 in an outside setting. The sunshine and gentle breeze encouraged learning.

(9/11) Mrs. Hutcheson's first grade class learned about 9/11 this week and wrote about what a hero is.

(9/11) This week Mrs. Heatherly's class has been comparing groups of objects using their comparing math mat and counting bears, and they've discussed the math words greater than, less than and equal to. Students were able to create their own groups and decide which symbol to use.

(9/11) Mrs. Peterson's class had Foodie Fun Friday. The students made buses for snacks to eat!

(9/11) Funtime Skateland of Pontotoc challenged the community to vote for a FAVORITE teacher. Miss Stephanie Ball was the winner for Pontotoc City!
She was awarded a check to go towards her classroom needs! Thank you to each person who voted for Miss Stephanie and thank you to Funland Skateland!
