Ribbon Cutting Basketball Court

(10/06) 🏀 A BIG DAY FOR PONTOTOC ELEMENTARY! 🎭
Today, we celebrated the ribbon cutting of our brand-new basketball court, made possible by the money raised by our students during the PTO fundraiser!
Our incredible PTO went above and beyond to turn this vision into reality. From the dirt work and installation of the court to the new sod, basketball goal, and playground equipment, their hard work and dedication have created even more opportunities for our students to learn, play, and grow.
The new court features hopscotch, four square, and a basketball goal, along with footballs, basketballs, and kickballs for students to enjoy during outdoor play.
But that's not all! Our outdoor theatre has also been renovated, creating a space where students can use their imaginations, express their creativity, and bring their performances to life!
We are so grateful for our hardworking PTO, our supportive school community, and our students who helped make these improvements possible through their fundraising efforts.
This is what happens when a school community comes together for its children! We can't wait to see all the memories made in these new spaces! 💛🖤
