Mrs. Hamill’s first grade students have been learning about sequencing. One activity they did was to brainstorm what steps are taken to build a snowman. Then they wrote the steps in the correct order. After completing their writing, they enjoyed creating a snow globe with a snowman inside. They made sure to include the items mentioned in their writing, such as a carrot nose, button eyes, and sticks for the arms. Now they are just praying for snow so they can build a real snowman!
