Second grade Gifted students created a shaving cream tower. They used straws, a large paperclip, a small paperclip, eight toothpicks, two small styrofoam cups, a foot of masking tape and a small cup of shaving cream. One student's goal was to have fun, be creative, and build a tower that stood for fifteen seconds. The tallest tower was 42 inches tall! All of the students were successful and were good problem solvers.
